Robert Eddleman, Global Operations Manager

A native of San Antonio, Texas, Robert “Robdawg” Eddleman holds the titles of Vice President of Operations and Field Producer with Rusty Baker Outdoors, where he has worn many hats during his five years in the outdoors industry. Robert shares a passion for the outdoors and everything it has to offer with his good friend and boss, Rusty Baker. When he's not behind a camera following Rusty around, he’s at his home in Elmendorf, Texas, near San Antonio, with the women in his life – his wife Carley and twin daughters Kaytlyn and Lyndsay. His favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing and car restorations.

Scott Pura, Director Canadian Operations

Scott Pura, who recently joined the RBO team as Director of Canadian Operations, is an avid hunter who has enjoyed the outdoors since an early age. Born and raised on a working cattle farm in the Alberta Oil Country of Canada, he began by chasing squirrels and graduated into bigger game, harvesting his first Bull Moose at age 14 using archery equipment. Since then he's been consumed by the outdoors and has gone on to be an owner of a whitetail farm and an outfitting operation called "Black Horn Trophy Hunts." When Scott is not spending time in the woods, he's working on the largest integrated SAGD Oil project in North America. He also enjoys spending time with his wife Brandy and daughter Jasmine on their family farm.
